Then I started to investigate the issue and try to find the solution.
There is common error message that the app will now terminate and in logs I can found ACCESS_VIOLATION error (attached). Every time on choosing in vanilla game any neighbourhood, the game crashes while trying to create Pets in loading neighbourhood. I've followed this guide, applied 4GB patch with Memory Allocation Fix and run the game for the first time. I want to run The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection on my old laptop with Windows 10.
